The staff was very prompt and courteous just like every previous visit. We have tried other facilities in the area up until we found Clara Vista and the others haven’t made enough of an impression to make us want to come back. Clara Vista has been an all around positive experience since day one.
Loved visiting Clara Vista Eye Care for the first time today. From the front desk to the eye care tech to the doctor, it was easy, timely and helpful. They also were respectful of my insurance and didn’t try to oversell me on solutions. So glad I found them!
Had an urgent matter that needed attention. Without an appointment and without any prior service from them I was skeptical. The ladies were very understanding and friendly. I was able to be seen immediately. The optometrist was very calming and assurance. I will be back for regular visits with them from now on. The level of attention given was wonderful. I love Clara Vista Eye Care. It is convenient and quick to get an appointment. Dr. Rup is very thorough and has a great "bedside" manner. He referred me for eye surgery and assisted with my being seen by the surgeon quickly. I had a complication and Clara Vista Eye Care was there to take care of me until I could see the surgeon. I like the fact that they are open until 6 pm. My son usually comes with me. The staff is so nice to him. When he is old enough, he will go to Clara Vista Eye Care as well. I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed.
I had an excellent experience at Clara Vista EyeCare! The staff is warm, friendly, and efficient. Michelle made the appointment scheduling process a breeze, and Mandy, the office manager, went above and beyond to be accommodating. Dr. Rup was incredibly thorough and took extra time to address the severity of my dry eyes… something no other optometrist has ever really discussed with me beyond recommending OTC drops as needed. I left feeling informed, heard, and confident in my treatment plan. I was so impressed with my visit that I just scheduled an appointment for my husband, and they were able to get him in within 24 hours of calling. Highly recommend Clara Vista EyeCare to anyone looking for exceptional, personalized eye care!
