Walmart Vision Center

This location was so very helpful. They greeted me , they were busy and said it would be a few minutes. They quickly took care of other customers then Amanda helped me. She was SO very helpful in helping me pick out frames and was very good at explaining the options and pricing details for the product. She was pleasant to talk to and spant

My son and I had a great experience with Walmart Vision & Glasses. Jacqueline, was very helpful and patient with my 12 yr old son. The service was quick. Thank you so much for helping us out and explaining everything to us. Its very rare now a days to find great customer service. I greatly appreciate it. I highly recommend!"

Jacqueline at the Walmart Vision Center in Montgomery Texas is amazing. She helped me get the perfect lens that I needed and saved me $600.00. My eye dr office would have been 979.00 but Jacqueline took the time to go over my insurance and let me know what was covered or not covered and I left with 2 pair of glasses for 331.00. Very thankful for her customer service and knowledge.

There was a woman from South Africa there who wouldn’t accept my prescription and made it very difficult to simply pick up my contact lenses. I had to call her manager in order to fill my prescription. I was there a total 20-30 minutes to simply pick up contact lenses because of her lack of knowledge. The manager/doctor was amazing.

Jackie was a huge help with getting my glasses ordered. So professional and knowledgeable. Also can’t beat the price of the 2 pair of glasses i got considering other places charge more for 1 pair than i paid for 2. Thanks Jackie !!
