Great service & the doctor was so good! She listened & explained everything to me that I asked her about. The technician was super helpful and helped me decide on which glasses to get on my insurance. Very helpful!

I am disappointed with my experience at this optometry office. My child had just been discharged from the hospital after treatment for nausea and vomiting. Before the appointment, I called the office to explain the situation and ask about rescheduling. I was informed that rescheduling at that time would result in a $50 fee. To avoid the fee, I brought my child to the appointment as scheduled. After we arrived, the doctor stated they were not comfortable seeing her because of her recent illness, and the office canceled the appointment. The most concerning aspect was that the office had already been informed of my child’s condition before the visit. Despite this, I was told a cancellation fee would apply if I rescheduled, yet the appointment was ultimately canceled by the office upon our arrival. As a result, we made an unnecessary trip while managing a child’s recent hospitalization. While I understand the need to protect patients and staff, I believe the situation warranted greater flexibility and consideration. This experience reflected poor communication and customer service and left me with concerns about the office’s approach to patient care.

I appreciate how Dr Brad took the time to make sure my prescription was dialed in to the best possible outcome by double & triple checking and explained all the results of my exams & tests they did. Rebecca took a lot of time taking the measurements for my frames to make sure they were correct. She also informed me that if you use two hands to take off and put on your glasses your frames don't get out of balance. Great office!

I liked this office. All the people in the front were nice and helpful. When I talked to the doctor I got the impression that he was very knowledgeable. He explained everything I needed to know and his bedside manner kind of put me at ease a little more. When it has to do with your eyesight you want everything to go smoothly and have the best results you can possibly achieve. I liked the fact that he seemed to have a lot of experience with patients going through the same thing as I am. I will go back again.

First time visit, we are so happy we made the change to come here! Dr and staff were amazing, patient and took time to meet with us. Customer service was excellent. Passed by all the time and finally scheduled an appt, so thankful!
