I always have such a wonderful experience at Clarity Vision in Apex! Everyone is kind, welcoming, and truly goes above and beyond.Dr. B is so sweet, bubbly, and personable. She makes coming to the eye doctor such a positive experience and always takes the time to make you feel comfortable and cared for.Saima helped me pick out my new glasses, and she was absolutely incredible. She has such a great eye for what looks good and somehow narrowed down frames that suited me almost immediately. She made the whole process fun and stress-free. On top of that, she stayed after closing to make sure everything was finished, all while maintaining the most positive, friendly attitude. The level of customer service here is exceptional. I can't recommend Clarity Vision enough!

I have had the best eye exam ever (I've been wearing glasses for almost 60 years) at Clarity! Dr B is fantastic and Matt (tech) is excellent! Their Optical department is great too! I recommend Clarity to everyone in need of eye care.
A year ago, this facility had great people. Not anymore. Front desk people seem and look disinterested in helping the people who walk in and keep staring the computer screen. People in the fitting department keep changing, a tell tale sign of a business not being run well. Roughly a couple of months ago a person there ruined my frame and kept saying “that’s how they are”, in fact that person told me to buy a frame another place (because it was much cheaper than buying there) and come back so that they can do the fitting. I bought the frame, and when I walked in today, it was an outright refusal to help. Come on!! I have going there for over 2 years and even my kids get examined here. I didn’t want to waste time arguing so walked out. Also, lenses and frames are ridiculously expensive here even with insurance. My experience with the eye doctors has been fine. If you have no other option, go here to buy glasses/frames. It’s not a surprise that recently the reviews haven’t been great as others had similar experiences as mine.
I have seen both Dr. Holler a month or so ago and today I saw Dr. Bollenbecker. They are both wonderful doctors and I felt quite taken care of with both of them. They are very professional and were exceptionally informative on the different things with what they observed on the condition of my eyes. Saima is a brilliant optician. I felt like I could trust her with my measurements and she was friendly, helpful and thoughtful with her questions and attention to detail. Recommend to anyone looking for an eye care place that they can count on.
Although I liked my actual Optometrist and her support staff I will not go back because of their optical side (contacts/glasses.) First off they ordered the wrong contacts. And because I opened them not knowing they were the wrong brand, I couldn’t return them. I will say that once I addressed it with the actual optometrist, she apologized and has said they’d ship me the correct ones at no cost. I’ve yet to receive them but it’s only been two days. But…I also ordered glasses same time I ordered the contacts which was 3 Jan and it’s now 4 March. They told me two days ago they were arriving yesterday. They have not. I’ve called multiple times the past couple months and the don’t return my calls. When I go into the clinic to ask they always had an excuse. One excuse I heard was I owed money but I showed my receipt…then they said the insurance didn’t cover it. And I called to ask and the insurance said they hadn’t seen a request for payment. Then I was told my lenses were ready but no status on the frames. Then I was told the frames were on back order and then I was told they’d be in a week later. 2-3 weeks after that (couple days ago) I was told they’d be here yesterday. Don’t have them. Can only imagine what excuse I get tomorrow when I go in there yet again to ask about them.
