Went in to get my glasses adjusted that I didn’t even purchase there since I was just in town visiting. Tom and Carolyn were so friendly and helpful. I even looked around at some glasses while waiting and they had a great selection!
Carolyn helped me out adjust my glasses today. I had been having headaches with them for over a week and she helped me make my glasses right and helped me see properly with them again, and instantly my headache is gone, she was a huge help. Tom also greeted me and was very friendly as well. Very happy with my visit today
I had a wonderful experience at Target Optical thanks to Carolyn and Summer! Even though I bought my glasses over two years ago, they were incredibly kind and went out of their way to fix them for me. Their customer service was outstanding — they were friendly, patient, and genuinely cared about helping me. I’m so grateful for their help and highly recommend this location to anyone looking for great service and caring staff!
It’s unfortunate I have to write this review as a warning for those who want to come here for a prescription. The doctor is awesome on how she handles and helps those when there but they don’t give all the info to you and when I asked they did not give me this info so I cannot get glasses with the prescription I got from her and now have to pay out of pocket to go somewhere else. All I wanted was my PD which they do measure and spoke to two people there that both told me “it’s up to the doctor to give that info and they own their own business and won’t give it out” I was ensured when I made the appointment that I would get my prescription so I could order the brand they don’t have at their location, but did not get all the info for my prescription. I hope they see this and make it right so I can change my review, but unless I actually get this info it’s going to cost me another $100-200 to go somewhere else to get this info. Edit: was told to email and I did. They wasted my time and basically said they can’t do anything. So the 1 star sticks and I would give 0 if possible.
Target has a great selection of glasses. I took advantage of the buy one get one 50%. Opticians were beey helpful pricing out various oprions. I got my glasses delivered in 4 days! That is definitely the fastest service ever. Great prices and great service
