Dropped in early this morning with a broken glasses frame and expected to have to wait for 2 weeks for a fix but that wasn't the case at all. Kim got me turned around with a replacement frame in just a few minutes. She was awesome! Thanks Kim!!
What a great selection of glasses. It’s unfortunate that the customer service is lacking. Tonight I waited an hour to be seen to purchase glasses. There were 5 people working behind the counter but only 2 were actually helping customers. Once my name was called, I was done in 10 minutes. My service was pleasant enough but the overall experience was poor.
I stepped on my glasses and damaged them. I went back hoping to buy a new frame which would have cost about $70. I showed my glasses to one of the folks working and she said "Let's try to fix it." She and another fella worked on it for 20 minutes and gave me my glasses back, good as new. I was stunned that they repaired it and didn't try to sell me new frames, or some kind of repair fee or coverage. Costco continues to surprise me with how they treat their customers. I would buy everything from Costco if I could. Keep up the great work!!!
Wow! I had put off getting glasses for a long time. Finally got a pair of progressives and it was taking a little time getting used to them, and then I accidentally put my knee on them a little. Thought for sure I'd have to get a new pair, but brought them in and within 10 minutes Mariza had them adjusted and cleaned like new at no charge! I'm so impressed! Try getting that kind of service, and all the special features included in one cost, at one of the online eyeglass sites!
