10/10 experience! The staff was super friendly, quick, and genuinely helpful. From check-in to checkout, everything moved smoothly and I felt very well taken care of. My son and my mom both had great visits here, so I figured I’d give them a try too — and they did not disappoint. Definitely glad I came and would absolutely recommend!
My experience with Clarity Vision of Williamston was excellent. Friendly staff and the care partner Trevondra Brown I think I got her name right was very tentative to what I had to say. She was knowledgeable of what she was doing. Overall visit gets an A plus from me
I loved it. My experience was awesome. Some of the best frames I’ve seen in a long time and they were not as expensive as other places I even had issues with my insurance and they make sure they help me so that I was able to have my appointment that day. Definitely a customer for life.
I like how the front desk staff acknowledges that you are there and immediately calls you to verify your information with respect and are professional . The nurse that calls to the back are very knowledgeable and respectful and make sure everything is sanitized before you touch any of the equipment. I like how the Doctor comes in all Enthused and excited to examine your eyes but first he takes the time to talk and ask if there is any changes since last visit. Then he proceeds to give you his concerns and what the exam is consisting of. He made me feel appreciated and took his time examing my eyes very professional and knowledgeable .
We had an absolutely wonderful experience here! From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly kind, patient, and genuinely kid-friendly. They took their time, explained everything in a way my son could understand, and made sure he felt comfortable every step of the way. What truly stood out was how thoughtful they were toward sensory needs. The highlight of my son’s visit was getting to choose a toy from the sensory/fidget bin at the end—such a small gesture, but it meant everything to him and made the entire appointment feel positive and rewarding. As a parent, it means so much to see healthcare providers who are not only skilled, but compassionate and intentional with children. This office goes above and beyond, and I’m so grateful we found them. Highly recommend to any family, especially those with kids who may need a little extra patience and care!
