I'm very happy with the first pair of glasses I just got from Clark Tait. The lenses were well made and they turned out great for a fair price. Shannon in the optical department was absolutely fantastic to work with. I can't recommend her enough, she was so helpful and very pleasant. I will be returning in the future.
I really enjoyed my experience at Clark Tait Eye Center. Beautiful building, all personnel are attentive, professional and friendly. The assistant, I believe Nicky, did a lot of the initial evaluation of my eyes before Dr Duvall could see me. Dr Duvall came in and confirmed the exam, ran a handful of tests and also another test to confirm the new prescription which impressed me. Dr Duvall was easy to speak to and provided clear and easy to understand responses. I definitely came away with a feeling that this eye facility was interested in me as a patient rather than the "franchise" locations that seem to be all over the place now. Give this place and Dr Duvall a try.
I saw Dr Clark twice before his retirement and both times waited more than an hour just to be called back, but because he was in such demand, I didn't raise the issue. I brought my daughter back there today for her vision test with Dr Connelly and was there for 2 hours. Her appt was at 1:15; we arrived at 1 for paperwork/insurance etc. At 1:55 I asked the receptionist how much longer it would be. She went and checked then was immediately followed by our technician to bring us back. The tech did the tests and dialated my daughters eyes. We waited another 35 minutes for the Dr to come in. Again, I had to ask how much longer, then magically the Dr arrived right after I asked. The staff and Dr were all very friendly and the facility was very nice so points for that.
I recently had cataract surgery and both eyes. Today I walked out with 20/20 vision. Thank you so much for taking such a good care of me. What a great team you have. Okay
Everyone was absolutely fantastic and accommodating to the unique needs of our daughter. Dr Connelly was so patient kind and gentle with her that we were actually able to accomplish what we set out to. We beyond appreciate everything!
