I had a great experience here. Dr. Johnson was professional and great at what she does, answering all of my questions along the way. And Anna took great care of me with all of the paperwork. Thanks for a wonderful experience!
Very pleasant experience. The staff was very kind and helpful. The gentleman there that day helped me pick out my glasses and he was so kind and professional. The doctor was very informative and thorough. I will definitely be returning to this location for my next appointments.
Friendly and knowledgeable staff and Dr. Johnson is personable and professional. I drive farther to this location because I prefer it over a larger, less personal location.
When I got home from my appointment I had a voicemail from one of the employees asking me if I had “accidentally” taken home a pair of frames. I told her I had probably put them back on the display exactly where they had been before I tried them on. She called back a minute later saying that she’d found them —exactly where they were supposed to be. I mean, we all make mistakes, but maybe look around for a second before you call a customer of over 20 years and accuse them of stealing? So since you asked me to rate my visit…I’d give zero stars if I could. Edit: Today 4/8/26 The employee CALLED me to complain to me that I characterized her unfairly in this review. I told her I didn’t think calling a customer after a bad review was a very good idea, and that if she’d like, I could play the voicemail she left me for her supervisor. She started to talk over me so I told her that before she put in her foot in it any further I thought we should end the conversation and I ended the call. And now I am a bit freaked out by the angry Clarkson employee. I truly picked up the call today thinking that maybe somebody from Clarkson had seen my review and was calling to apologize. Nope! Very strange. I only did a Google review because Clarkson sent me an email asking me to do so, I mean jeez, don’t ask if you don’t want to know!
