Optical Expressions

Unfortunately, I’ve been very disappointed with my experience. I purchased a pair of Tiffany glasses for over $400, and the overall quality has not met my expectations. From day one, the frames have made squeaking noises, which immediately made them feel less premium than I expected. I also upgraded the lenses, yet they seem to be constantly dirty and smudged no matter how often I clean them. I’ve worn glasses for years and have never had this issue before. Additionally, the way the frames were adjusted has been uncomfortable. The ear pieces were heated and reshaped, but they now poke behind my ears and cause discomfort. For the amount of money I spent, I expected a much higher-quality product and a better overall experience. Unfortunately, I’m left feeling unhappy with my purchase. The people are very kind though..

I've always been pleased with the care and experiences over the years. However, my recent contact journey compelled me to click all the stars! Dr Tom, Dr Brinkman AND Brandi (spell) didnt give up though I almost did. I thought contacts were no longer possible but they remained patient as we tried monthly, biweekly, daily and different brands as well. When we hit the right combo it was a fantastic relief. Thank you for sticking with me!

I experienced excellent service by phone and in person with Optical Expressions. I live out of the area but travel to St Louis every summer to see family. A difficult stye developed while I was visiting and my sister’s optometrist was able to see me the next day. Great experience and much appreciated!! Highly recommend!

Superb in every way! I've trusted my eye care with Dr. Tom for many years and am completely satisfied. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. I've never had a bad experience. They always take their time when helping me to select new frames, and at a fair price. Overall, always a pleasant experience. They are the nicest, most welcoming, and accommodating employees I've ever met in an optical shop. I told Tammy that I'm an artist and love bright colors, and she found me the perfect frames. I'm so excited to get my new glasses there. Dexter helped a lot, too, and we had a good conversation. He called my eye Dr. to get my prescription and gave me a printout stating probable costs. I love you guys, and I'll be back in late October or early November.
