Called today to get an appt for my mother who was recently in an accident and broke her glasses. They were able to see her the same day to address our needs. The whole team was amazing especially Tina who fixed her glasses the same day. They have a large selection of good quality frames not your run of the mill factory frames. Once she heals from the rest of her injuries we’ll be back to order new glasses. Thank so much for the great care you provided.

I was a traveler in St. Louis from West Virginia when I the screw holding one of the lens in my glasses came out. Fortunately I stopped in eyewearhaus to ask for assistance. They were very gracious. They not only replaced the screw by tightened the one on the other lens, then applied laquer to help them from dislodging again. Very quick, very nice, very professional in a welcoming way.

From the moment I came in for my appointment, I was warmly welcomed. All the staff were friendly and kind, and they got me in to see the doctor on time. Doctor Broeder was very understanding and didn't talk down to me like I've experienced with others in optometry. This is definitely the place to go if you want luxury frames, and the store itself is a professional, inviting, and trendy place. Give it a shot.

I’ve been a customer since 2010. I love the eccentric frames & customer service is top notch. A bit pricey but well worth it. Especially when the frames scream Classy Elegance.
