Clarkson Eyecare

I’m extremely disappointed with my experience with Clarkson Eyecare in Valley Station. I had an appointment scheduled for today, and I received a cancellation notice only 2 hours before my appointment time. What made it more frustrating was that there were already issues from the beginning, including not following through with the initial steps and patient paperwork that was supposed to be completed upon arrival. I understand that things happen, but the lack of communication and professionalism left me feeling like my time was not respected. After this experience, I’m honestly reconsidering whether I want to continue doing business with this company. I hope they improve their scheduling process and customer service because patients deserve better.

Run. After being a patient of the retired Dr last year at the Dixie Hwy Clarkson Eye Care, I had the misfortune of waiting a half hour for a really nasty young woman who I said under patient rights I did not want the puff in the eye testing. I was asked to explain and she couldn't do the eye test without. She said I should go elsewhere as she had done this for 10 years. My spouse was told she couldn't get lenses on Medicare. I walked out. We are a former long term patients of Clarkson.

Clarkson Eyecare on Dixie has provided excellent service for many years. Appointment was scheduled at a time and date that fit my schedule. I experienced little wait time and was in and out as scheduled. I highly recommend the eye scan. The Doctor was able to show where I had lazer surgery 30 years ago. She explained in detail the health of my eyes. All is well.

Kim Curry is the nicest everytime I come in and drop off a package. I'm a fedex driver and she was able to keep a package that was intended for next door. Awesome service Awesome person!!

Do not waste your time, you can't get anyone to answer the phones you leave a message and never get a call back! Was supposed to receive glasses for my son two months ago and they just lost the order form. I had to call over ten times and wait two weeks for a call back to be informed that the glasses were never ordered. Now they have five pairs to choose from that my insurance will cover. This place is a Joke!!
