The associates here are amazing and welcoming. Dr. Manning is very educational when it comes to answering questions I had. Everyone were understanding, kind, and compassionate while caring for my child at his appointment. He felt seen as a person even at his young age. That is something we really look for in an office. We will definitely go back and will highly recommend to others.
I have had trouble finding a good eye dr in town. Well i con officially say i found them. Friendly staff, wonderful dr.s and they made sure that i felt like my glasses were my choice not just trying to sell me. Sandy was a great help picking out my frames i just love them ☺️
It started at the front desk where I was met with a friendly person. The person that came in to get my information was phenomenal. She was friendly, outgoing and so helpful. The doctor I saw was amazing too. She was informative, answered all my questions and so friendly. I have already recommended you to others. Great experience.
While the doctor and the employees were very polite and respectful, I wish I had known what I was paying for ahead of time. While part of that is on me, I had no idea how costly this appointment and my glasses were going to be. I felt I should have been given a break down to make a decision if I needed to pay over $500 before I paid. I also felt I had to pay this or I would’ve left without the glasses I needed.
Everyone here makes you feel welcomed and heard. Can't say enough about everyone here. My Wife, Daughter and myself all had appointments and it was an amazing experience. Definitely making this our go to spot for glasses , contacts,and exams. We have missed out by not going here sooner. Thank you to everyone here for being amazing.
