Firstly, I'd like to integrate I HATE picking out frames. Glasses shopping is right up there with going to the dentist. Usually, I go to VisionWorks; however, this year I was on a time crunch so went to Walmart. However, after this visit my loyalties have shifted. Walmart vision has opened my eyes to a brighter ophthalmological experience. From start to finish, the process was seamless. The employees were attentive & provided honest feedback while picking out frames. I never felt pressured to hurry up and choose a frame (unlike other stores, *cough* vision works). And the price was so reasonable! As long as their open, they have my business.

Melissa (the manager over the optical department) seriously should consider different profession. I didn't appreciate how she spoke to me. She told me if I wasn't happy then I should go to Lens Crafters. They screwed up on 2 pairs of glasses which had to be shipped back to the lab. I never knew when you buy a pair of ray bans you get Walmart lenses. According to her "everyone knows that".. Well, I didn't... And the lens looked nothing like the ones I thought I was buying. If I had known, I wouldn't have ordered them. The other employee (Bobby) screwed up and didn't charge me for one of the pair I ordered. No big deal but he told me it was their error so the glasses would be covered.. Today, Melissa told me ( no way, he didn't have permission to say that).. I said ok, and I wasn't out to get anything for free.. She was so sarcastic, I finally had to get a little loud to let her know she wasn't going to disrespect me any longer. She changed her tone, kinda.. I'm done with that place.. Long story short, I got a refund for $680 and left. Never again.

1. The dr is never there, so my fiancé couldn’t ever pick up his actual script. 2. The dr wasn’t friendly , at all. 3. My fiancé’s and my own prescription wasn’t correct AT ALL. We ended up going to Cecil Eye in town and they got us fitted into the correct prescription. The other employees in there are friendly and great, but for the exam , i would take caution.

The worst eye care place I have ever been to. I specifically went in there because they said my prescription would take 5 days to fill. I call on the 5th day and they tell me it will be here on the 7th day, for sure. I go in the 7th day and they still don't have the glasses, nor can they figure out where they are or when they are supposed to be in. I called the place that fills the prescription myself was told they have been on back order for a month. Why the eye care employees didn't inform me of that and why they kept feeding me false information when a simple call that I took into my own hands to find out where the hell the glasses were was enough for me to never go back there.
