Dr. Keiper is the best! Professional knowledgeable and thorough. Makes you feel comfy about your eyes. The choice and fitting for my new glasses was great. Easy and quick. Most helpful staff for choosing the right color and fit.
I’ve been using the East Lansing location for a few years now. When I go for my annual checkups, I see the same staff there, it’s not a ‘revolving door’ type of employment. The staff (reception, billing, optometrist’s assistants and the optometrists) are always very friendly and exceptionally efficient in their work. Though they’re efficient, I never feel rushed and they take the time to chat and engage with their clients; all while effectively carrying out their duties. In all, I recommend them to anyone I know is looking for eye care professionals. These folks are just that…professionals.
Olivia is an amazing tech! I had numerous issues with contacts, billing, and rebates and she resolved all of it calmly and professionally. Also, a shout out to Amanda who has helped my family select and fit glasses on numerous occasions. She has an amazing eye and we have always been super satisfied with our frames.
Went for annual eye exam and ordered prescription glasses. Overall good communication with reminders before appointment. This is the second time getting an eye exam and first time ordering prescription glasses. Staff is friendly and professional. Dr. Keiper is knowledgeable and caring. Took the time to answer all my questions and address any concerns.
Outstanding staff and service. Dr. Keiper is a gem, very knowledgeable and thorough. Teri answered every question I had thoroughly and patiently. Angie has a great sense of humor and clearly cares about the practice’s patients. Maddie was a great technician and put up with all my questions about the equipment she was using to capture information about my vision.
