SVS Vision

SVS Vision by far surpassed my expectations! I accompanied my 18 yr old son on his an eye exam. Not only did they treat him and I both exceptionally well, they explained everything in detail , were extremely professional and friendly. The entire process took about an hour. First, an easy check-in on their tablet, then the medical assistant performed an initial exam, next the doctor's full exam (which she was amazing) and lastly picking out glasses and check-out with a SUPERB assistant who explained everything to us on his glasses. The office was professional and clean. But what really sets this office apart from others is their customer service. If you want to go to an eye appointment with ease and kind staff this is the place to go. So much, I've decided to switch my eye care services here. Thanks SVS for the best care!

Staff at this location is amazing.They go above and beyond and truly know what it means, and HOW important it is, to give GREAT customer service.

I just had an experience here so bad that I just left before my scheduled appointment. Dawn is an evil person and I am so sad that the other sweet people in this office have to work with her. She made multiple rude snarky comments about having called me and I didn't call back. I am a full time student and I was working as well for the past two days. This behavior continued while she fumbled around with the computer and could not figure out my insurance. They also had one hell of a time with my preferred name. Unprofessional, ugly frames, mean and nasty. Except for Amiyah (not sure how you spell it) she was very nice and helpful.

Old lady that runs the sales is vastly insensitive. I’ve taken in both of my siblings since our parents lost the house and when I told her I couldn’t afford the more expensive option for my sisters glasses but could afford the $10 dollar copay for the standard option she stated: “oh I’m taking his last 10 dollars I hope you guys have ramen in the fridge”. Absolutely insane thing to say for someone that works a sales job at a vision center, and probably makes the same as me, the only difference being she bought her house is 1920 for 2 blueberries.
