I went in for an unexpected (and unscheduled) concern. From setting up an appointment to walking out, the service was top notch. They were in constant communication with me and were able to fit me in. The entire staff was amazing but Dr. Phillips spent time going over test results and explaining EVERYTHING (which I appreciated.) I can’t overemphasize how thorough, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and trustworthy the entire staff is.

Dr Phillips is very knowledgeable and explains things clearly. She expresses compassion and empathy when sharing news that about my eyes that is worrisome. Linda has always helped me pick the right frames for my face. Dana greets me with a smile every time. The new younger staff are efficient, friendly, and caring. We have been going to Dr Phillips for over 30 years!

I just finished chemotherapy. I have been experiencing some excessive tearing and needed a full evaluation. This doctor has higher technology, training as well as many years of experience with dry eye conditions. I strongly recommend her!

From the staff to Dr Phillips I couldn’t say enough about how friendly and helpful they were. I feel like I found a team of people who will go the extra mile to help. Dr Phillips took time to listen to me and went to work to help find out what treatments could bring me some relief. The whole team is awesome and I felt better just knowing I was in the right place. As usual, my visit went very well. I’ve had significant eye issues lately and Dr. Phillips was very informative and up to date on all aspects of those issues. She and her staff are very efficient and professional while also being friendly and interested in the patient. I have every confidence in my vision care with Dr. Phillips and her staff.
