Norton Eye Care

I don't usually write reviews, but this one is well deserved. My 2-year-old son and I had appointments together, and I was nervous about how he'd do during mine. Dr. Norton and the entire team went above and beyond by having the front office staff spend time with him while I was seen. My son is usually very shy, so watching him happily leave my side and feel so comfortable with the staff truly warmed my heart. They didn't just watch him, they genuinely cared and made him feel special. This was our third visit, and every experience has been wonderful, but this one meant so much to me as a mom. If you have little ones, I can't recommend this office enough. Thank you for your kindness, patience, and for making us feel like family.

The staff and Dr Norton were amazing with my 4 year old who needed an exam and glasses. They were so kind and patient with him. Our most favorite part was there was a small play area for children to play in while we waited for the eye dilation or our appointment time. Dr Norton was so personal and professional at the same time. It was a great first experience for us as a family.

Really disappointed. Used to be an amazing office. Recently without notice or reason they cancelled appointments for my entire family. Found out day of appointment by email that we needed to schedule. When asked we get different answers how appointments made a year in advanced were suddenly canceled morning of. Finally they admitted an error on their end. Normally when issues like this happen an office will try to quickly work you into new appointments. Not this office, instead they pushed us out by offering to send our files else where. I guess that is how loyalty to an office is repaid if you don't buy frames from them.

Great staff! Very welcoming and attentive. Did not feel rushed in the least throughout my entire appointment. And Dr. Norton was extremely helpful in discussing where I’m at, where my vision is going and, future expectations. And my insurance was processed without a hitch! That was a plus in my book!

I loved everything about my experience at Norton Eye Care. From the front desk staff to the eye exam to choosing glasses! Their office staff are friendly, the office is peaceful, the selection of glasses is great. I would highly recommend. And, they emphasized that if I'm not satisfied with my vision in my new glasses, I should let them know.
