I want to start by saying all the people I talk to face to face are lovely. Never had an issue, but this was so discombobulating. Less than a year ago I bought two glasses/frames from them, and bought warranty on a specific one I put upgrades on (transitions, etc). I remember the person I was speaking to saying it was a good idea to do so since they were unique glasses (I agreed!). Now, almost a year after, my spouse calls and finds out that my other glasses with no upgrades has the warranty on it. Weird. Some more digging, we find out that the other frames had been discontinued, and instead of any warning or notice, they seemed to have just transferred the warranty over to my lesser glasses???? I am so perplexed by this and honestly upset; what’s the point of buying the warranty? They offered a free pair of glasses, and while that is very kind and I am grateful to the manager who put that incentive on my account, it still doesn’t help that now I have a pair of glasses that has been thru some wear and tear and the warranty I bought on them is just now non-existent. Just a fair warning to folks that I guess this can just happen with no notice to the customer.

I’ve always gone to America’s Best for my glasses. Their deal for two pairs is ideal for me as I work with kids and need to be able to have a back up. Finally convinced my husband to go to America’s Best at this location because his old pair he got online broke. They were so incredibly helpful to him and made the whole experience significantly less nerve wracking than he expected. I cannot overstate how kind and helpful they were, especially Ashley. Thank you!
Bought two pair of glasses. Had an issue with horizontal double vision with both pair. After 3 days of trying to adjust, I couldn't take it. Brought them back and they found a solution! The OC height was off. As much a pain it was to have to make a few return trips, I couldn't be happier with the help I received in correcting the issue. Friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable! 4 stars only because I wish they would have measured the hight to begin with. 3/30/26 Went in to get my glasses after they were remade. Exact same problem. After discussing it with the person at the counter I was initially offered little help other than a refund, until they pulled the prescription from the lens of both pair and compared them to my current pair(which I got from America's best in 2021) to find that all three were different pupil distances. Having to wait another up to 14 business days to find out if the problem is corrected. Unfortunately, this may be my last time with America's Best. It's an hour round trip. 04/14/26 Third times a charm! Took a bit of adjusting, but now they're perfect! Shame this didn't happen the first time. Would've saved me 3 trips.
Store 5826 and associate Joelee in Frandor were outstanding. I had recently been to numerous other optician offices which had been less than inviting. Joelee was truly interested in making my experience the best she could.
Not honest about the 95 deal. Power tripping about getting contracts. Pushy about their useless eye club. Unhygienic counters to put contacts in. Just overall a disgusting company profiting off poor people. Ugly glasses. You are better off going to Walmart.
