Dr Elliot and her staff are amazing! From the moment you arrive everyone is very kind and courteous. They are all very knowledgeable and make sure you understand what is being done to your eyes. They are very patient with children as well. As a parent of five who often has to bring all five with me, that is very important. Even my children say “it’s so kid friendly.” The young lady at “check out” is very friendly and knowledgeable as well. We asked for our prescription and extra measurement since we like to purchase our glasses online and she was very nice about it. She wrote down all the information I would need to purchase online. She was very helpful. This is our second year with Dr Elliot and Clarkson eye care and we like it and highly recommend them.

Seriously the best eye care experience I’ve ever had! The entire team from scheduling to paying was exceptional. Destiny helped me through my appointment from start to finish and she really knows her stuff! Any question I threw at her she had the answer to! Will be back again soon!😊

Best eye doctor I've been to. I came here after going to see another eye doctor nearby a couple of months ago and then making no changes to my prescription despite me describing the difficulties I've been having. Coming here to explained that it was possible that my prescription had not indeed changed and did a thorough exam was patient and answered my questions and even explain some things that I didn't ask them to explain. I didn't feel as if they were just rushing to get through me to the next patient. I will normally take my prescription and look around for glasses elsewhere however the girl inside was very helpful and gave me the time that I needed to find a good pair of glasses. Then I was most impressed with the fact that when I bought the glasses they didn't try to talk me into every single feature that was available. They tried to help me with what I needed and then explain to me the other features in case I wanted them but didn't pressure me to get them. I ended up getting everything but one feature (blue light) on my glasses. Overall was a really good visit and I'll be coming back in the future. Staff & eye doc were excellent.

I would recommend this office for anyone needing an exam or any vision issues period! They’re amazing at what they do, and also pay attention to what your concerns are, and specifically address them one at a time to make sure you’re well taken care of. I myself will continue to use them for my vision needs moving forward.

The staff was well trained and very thoughtful. The doctor took full time to validate my vision limits. I did not need any glasses changes and was released with a one year appointment.
