This was my first time here and getting my eyes checked in over 30yrs. My experience was amazing. Check in was the so smooth and easy. The lady at the front desk to the left was a great first impression of the business...and from there everyone I encountered were so nice, friendly and patient.
It was a really great experience and I also met a great client. I just so happened came on a busy day but was there over 3 hours and when I got done I was not able to order my glasses because they where all over my budget. But they where kind over everything and if I needed to go back I would.

I first met the staff when I came with my husband to his appointment. I was so impressed that I changed over to the Eye Center. Now, I feel just as important as I saw them treat him. Being important and feeling important are two different things. But, at the Eye Center, we have both!
I left 3 stars not because the staff dont deserve 5 stars the staff is awesome, they are professional and kind and polite, but I left 3 stars cause anytime I call give my reason why im asking to be transfered and my name and date of birth and they still wanna ask 5 million questions and not transfer you to the office of your request like they gotta know all your buisness but hippa says I dont have to disclose all that right? So why am I asked five million questions after telling my reason for calling and they dont ever wanna transfer you
