Used to be good. The staff have gotten disrespectful and over charge. They treat you like a inconvenience for daring to want to know your prescription. Honestly they should all be fired. They'll refuse to charge insurance then get annoyed with you when you ask them to check again. They hate their jobs and hate their customers. If negative stars were possible I would.

I had a very good experience at the Clarkson Eyecare off Salt Lick Road in St Peters. Everyone is very friendly and professional. Communication was fantastic they explained everything as the process went along. Very helpful with picking out new glasses. Very clean place as well. Young lady I worked with was very friendly and very accommodating.

Phenomenol service! I came flying in 10 minutes before closing because my location became "by appointment only" and I wanted to get my 10 year old prescription printed out and quickly look at a few frames, and my son actually found frames and Jasmine stayed late to get them ordered, even though I profusely apologized, she stayed, we got them ordered, easy, in and out and she was super sweet! Loved my service and time spent here, all 20 minutes it took from start to finish! Thank you guys!
