Beware of Diabetic eye exams done here, especially with Oscar health. The insurance shows a copay of 40. I made an appointment to get glasses. It took 2 months to get in. After getting the exam I was told it would cost me $50 to get my prescription and 150 to get contacts. I paid 240 to get my eye exam and rx. Now they say I owe 153 more. I called and was told they are a provider with Oscar but can't access the portal for benefits, so they never verified anything before telling me what I would pay. Since its billed as an eye exam I have to pay another $153. So, I now have a $430 bill to get my eyes checked to get glasses and contacts. This is absolutely ridiculous. If I had been told any of this prior to starting my visit I would have gone somewhere else and paid a forth of that to get my glasses and contacts.

I got one set of glasses within a week. Been waiting for my partners glasses for closing on a month. I understand back orders. But if you knew it was back order that info should be shared or use the frames you have in store. I will change my rating if they make this right. I hope they do because everything else was great. Nice staff doctors. The nice ladies on the frames side were awsome funny and very fun to talk too
Friendly office staff greet you. Then they get you to the different stations to begin the checkup. Followed by the visit with Dr Privott which is very relaxed and informative!
Very quick and efficient. Mike was very helpful and fast with getting lenses and frames. Memory was also very helpful with getting an eye exam!
Find a different eye doctor. This one will charge you and get you nowhere. I’ve ended up having to go back to the same prescription from the prior year twice now because this place can’t get it right. They’ve been extremely inconvenient and the furthest thing from helpful.
