Clarkson Eyecare - 94 Crossing

I have been very pleased with the customer service at the 94 Crossing facility. Marissa S. is always extremely helpful and very patient with my process of selecting new frames and sunglass frames as well. She knows I am very picky with the width, color, size and style of the frames and she is always "along for the ride" no matter how long it takes. I never feel rushed. That means a great deal to me. I will continue to go to this location for my Eyewear needs. Dr. Obrien is also so pleasant. She is wonderful at explaining everything as she examines my eyes. Definitely give this staff a 5 Star rating!!

Dr. Claire Thayer was amazing! So kind, helpful, and we were able to get in day of booking through an easy online scheduling. She didn’t rush us at all and was super personable. Will be going back!

I can’t thank Dr. Thayer enough for what she did for me. I got something stuck in my eye on a Sunday, and after urgent care wasn’t able to help, we called her office after hours hoping for some advice. Instead, she met us at the office at 7:30 on a Sunday night just to help me. She was kind, patient, and had the piece out of my eye quickly. She turned what had been a miserable day into a huge relief. It’s rare to find a doctor who is willing to go that far for a patient, especially outside of normal office hours. I’m very grateful for the care she gave me and would highly recommend her to anyone looking for an eye doctor.

Reception/billing friendly and helpful regarding insurance. Dr. Claire Thayer was good at clearly helping me know that my vision changes without improvement by prescription due to developing cataracts. She was kind and patient with explaining, and fast with paperwork. She welcomed a friend who is a student to shadow her!

Staff is always friendly and professional. Appointments run on time! They send emails out to remind you of the appointment- which I appreciate! Love Dr Berg!!!
