Customer service could’ve been better. Was interested in a tint for my lenses. Wasn’t shown options. So I verbally picked my tint. When I decided to go the cheapest route the service treatment changed. And when paying for my service they quoted a price and it later changed because of a $44 dollar service they forgot about. Nice frames though
I called almost 2 weeks ahead of time to get an appointment, they were booked which is understandable. I scheduled online for the next available Friday from the day I had called. Everything was set up. I had a text message and email showing my appointment was scheduled for 9 am. I walked in and they told me it was to 10:10. I can’t wait so i told them to cancel it. Then I get a message at that very moment I sit in my truck that my appointment has been rescheduled for 10:10. That is absolutely crazy that it was handled this way. I have been a customer for dr Graf for almost a decade. I will be moving on which is unfortunate because I have really enjoyed doctor Graf, but that is the craziest thing I have ever dealt with in my tenure and if they can lie to my face I can’t trust them to not lie to me when I ask about pricing.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Clarkson Eyecare on Eager Rd in Brentwood with my son for eye exams and to purchase new contacts and glasses. I can’t say enough about the world-class service we received from the entire staff. From the friendly reception to the knowledgeable optometrist, every aspect of our experience was exceptional. They took the time to answer our questions and ensure we were comfortable with our choices. I highly recommend Clarkson Eyecare for anyone in need of eye care services—they truly go above and beyond!
The staff was so nice and professional plus we had great conversations and a few good laughs. I enjoyed the experience so much I can't wait for my next eyecare appointment
It was a great experience at the eye center. Dr. Graft takes the time to thoroughly check all aspect of my families eyes. The front desk and doctor assistance are great as well.
