I had an eye exam with Dr. Koester today, and I can’t say enough great things about my experience. She was incredibly thorough, took the time to explain every aspect of my prescription, and made sure I understood what all the numbers meant. I never felt rushed, and her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care really stood out. After my exam, Denise helped me pick out a pair of prescription sunglasses, and she was absolutely outstanding. She went above and beyond to help me find the perfect pair, answered every question I had with confidence, and made the entire process easy and enjoyable. Her product knowledge was exceptional, and she took the time to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. From start to finish, the experience was first-class. It’s rare to find a team that combines such expertise with outstanding customer service. Dr. Koester and Denise are both incredible at what they do, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional eye care and a truly enjoyable experience!
