I had a great experience at this office. The entire staff was very friendly, welcoming, and professional. Dr. Lorber was wonderful. She took the time to answer all of my questions and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. I highly recommend this office to anyone looking for excellent eye care!

My experience at Clarkson Eyecare in Ellisville was really great. Dr. Hubbard took care of me. He listened and made the visit with the best care I have ever had. Oliver was terrific too! I love my new contacts and my new glasses. They had a fantastic selection of glasses too.
I visited for a general vision review. The staff and doctor were friendly and courteous. The facilities were upper to date with all necessary testing. They front staff very eager and helped choosing my frames. My only negative is that the office does not provide you forms requiring completion, prior to the appointment. It would be nice to complete them in advance at my convenience.
Clarkson Eyecare provides excellent service. The staff is knowledgeable and professional. They offer a wide variety of frames and clearly explain the services and charges without pressuring the customer to upgrade. I highly recommend Clarkson Eyecare.
Dr Klinger is great and it's a shame some members of the staff make the experience very unpleasant. Most of the staff is exceptional. Dakota was very helpful and pleasant. However, the technician Isrel (sp?) was just terrible. She barely spoke to me. She shoved a piece of paper with a bunch of numbers in front of me and said I needed to sign it. I asked her what it was and she said it was saying that she went over the pricing with me. She gestured vaguely to the paper, and said "This price include a rebate." Not once did she explain what the numbers were. She just repeated, "It's my job." as if that means something to me. Last time I'll utilize this location, unfortunately. Dr. Klinger is great, but the other staff (aside from Dakota) are just unpleasant to deal with.
