I Can't tell you the number of times I've come up here for various reasons, only to have Victoria take care of me. She's always got a smile and willing to get you sorted out. She and Rachel are wonderful to work with and I highly suggest making an appointment if you're up in the air, the team will get you taken care of. Dr. Meyer was amazing! As always, I had an excellent experience. I've been coming here for the past three years, and the customer service is consistently outstanding. I had went to the Florissant location @ 230 N. Hwy 67. I was greeted the very moment that I walked through door like a long time friend or a family member. The staff member Jen who I was directed to consult with about my prescription safety glasses for work is 5 star quality customer service along with the rest of the staff. Rachel is the manager there and the staff is phenomenal. If you want excellent service for getting prescription safety glasses , you need to go to this location. Great job everyone. Keep up the great work that you do. You guys rock.
Had a really solid experience here today. The staff was welcoming, respectful, and knew their stuff. The doctor didn’t rush the appointment and made sure all of my questions were answered, which I appreciated. Picking out glasses was easy thanks to the team, they were patient and helpful without being pushy, and I left confident in my choice. Definitely a place I’d recommend. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
I would absolutely recommend this office!! From beginning to end everyone was very friendly and efficient. They are equipped with the latest equipment which was nice since it had been a few years since our last exam at a different vision center. They explained everything that was happening and explained the results while showing us the scans. Dr. Meyer was exceptional!!
