The staff are very friendly and helpful and Dr Blankenheim is great. She’s very professional and yet super easy to talk to. I’ve been going to her for several years and she always explains everything very well and shows a real interest in what is going on with me.
We paid for our glasses and picked them up. Then a year later they billed us for an additional $100. Took the bill to the store with my receipt and they could not help.
THE WORST. They tell you you’re covered for something, and then come back at you with a bill 8 months later and there’s “no supervisor” to talk to you. Nobody calls back. Or emails back. SCREW THIS PLACE. Go somewhere else.
This office has an incredible “feel good “vibe. The people who work in their are professional and kind and truly care about you.
Took 3 months to receive my prescription glasses, and when they showed up they were the wrong prescription. I then got a replacement, and the lenses didn’t even fit in the frames. They didn’t have a solution. Will never be back.
