Regional Eyecare Associates - O'Fallon/Winghaven

Well, this place has it all. Kindness, professionalism, clarity on what was going on with my eyes and a plan to solve my issues. Aden has a personality that is an asset to their company and Dr.Osseck took the time to explains everything with a willingness to be interrupted by me several times to answer my questions. I’m so grateful that I was referred to Regional Eyecare. It was worth the trip coming from The lake of the Ozarks

It was an emergency visit that brought me to Regional Eyecare at Winghaven and it was my first visit. I was very nervous about what my diagnosis might be. Upon my arrival, I was seen promptly at my appointment time. No waiting. The easy listening music playing in the office background made for a comfortable atmosphere and it was a Christian song I had just listen to in my car while en route. Dr. Holland came into the examination room and greeted me with the warmest presence and a really great smile. She had this energetic and positive personality which allowed me to exhale a bit. She said, there were two things to consider that could be the reason for what I was experiencing and together we were hoping for the best one. Her positive words were in agreement with just what I was praying for. She made me feel at ease and not rushed while she performed a thorough examination of my eyes. I was cared for as if I was the only patient although there were many patients in the office to be seen. My examination results were what we were hoping. I know my results may not be everyone’s outcome but it was the genuine care and attention Dr. Holland and her staff provided that made this experience nothing less than amazing professional medical care.Thank you Dr. Holland and staff for providing me with excellent care.

I have always had a great experience with Dr. Holland. I switched to this practice after subpar experiences elsewhere, and I am glad I did! Dr. Holland always takes time to answer any questions, is extremely personable, and has done a great job identifying and treating my eye conditions. Office staff is also friendly and helpful.

The staff and Dr. Holland are fantastic! I'm a Mom of two little children who I had to bring with me for the appointment. They were all so patient and kind with my kiddos! They tailored the assessment for my four year old. My shy girl felt so comfortable, she asked to go back the next day! And Dr. Holland is SO friendly! Glad I have an eye doctor we can trust!

I had my annual eye exam done today and l completely enjoyed the experience. The OT named TANA was extremely good and great customer service and professionalism...10 stars to you Tana!! My eye doctor Dr. Osseck was also very good and professional with great customer service. I highly recommend this office and especially these two ladies. GREAT JOB LADIES, KEEP UP THE AWESOME JOB!!!
