I have been driving two and a half hours every year to receive care from Dr. Curtis. I am always seen in a timely manner. Dr. Curtis has always been kind, thorough, and respectful. I don’t trust any other doctor with my vision. I highly recommend this practice.
The place is clean, employees are so nice, Anaya and Isha they are so good, they make me feel comfortable and explaining everything first before they will do something related to my eye test, Dr Brady, He's so good too, explained everything very well on the result of my eye exam and advice me on how I will take care of my eyes, Nikki ,She's so good too, She helped me a lot, choosing an eye frame for my new glasses was so easy, I can give them a highest rating for they treated me so great.
Mediocre experience. The wait time was longer than the appointment. The doctor seemed knowledgeable but rushed, unprofessional, and not very sensitive when discussing my 2-month chalazion and possible removal. I didn’t feel comfortable asking questions. The nurses were kind and proactive, but overall the care felt brief and not very supportive unless your issue is urgent.
If zero stars were an option, that is exactly what I would give. I handed this company my Meta frames 30 DAYS AGO, and what has happened since is beyond incompetent. For an entire month, they apparently had no problem leaving me completely in the dark. No phone call. No email. No status update. Nothing. I had to start calling them myself just to find out what they had done with my frames and lenses. Last week, I was told their lens lab had sent my Meta frames back without even providing an explanation. The company then contacted the lab and was told the lab supposedly didn't need the frames to make the lenses. That explanation made little sense considering the lenses obviously have to fit the frames. And now we know just how well that worked out. I called AGAIN today and was given the latest disaster: THE LENSES THEY MADE ARE TOO BIG FOR MY FRAMES. Seriously? You had approximately 30 days to make lenses for a specific pair of frames, returned the actual frames because you supposedly didn't need them, and then produced lenses that DON'T FIT THE FRAMES. At this point, this isn't simply a delay. It appears to be a complete breakdown in basic communication, quality control, and order management. What makes this even worse is that I have been the one doing the follow-up. Had I not called, how long would my order have sat there while nobody bothered to tell me there was a problem? Every time I call, there seems to be another explanation, another problem, and another delay. Yet somehow there was never enough concern to proactively contact the customer. These are not some disposable frames that I don't care about. These are my Meta frames that I trusted this company to handle properly. After a month, I still don't have my completed glasses, and they apparently still haven't figured out how to manufacture lenses that actually fit the frames I gave them. I have heard excuses. What I haven't seen is competence, accountability, urgency, or acceptable customer service. I WOULD NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH ANOTHER PAIR OF MY FRAMES. If you're considering using them, my experience should tell you exactly what you could be signing up for: weeks of silence, chasing your own order, conflicting explanations, improperly made lenses, and still no finished glasses after 30 days. This has been an abysmal experience from beginning to end, and unbelievably, after 30 days, it still isn't over. One star only because the review system won't allow me to give them zero.
