I am new to the area and have found my eyecare office. The staff was very welcoming and kind. Dr. McClintock was thorough (“I saw the pictures but want to see for myself what is going on” said by doctor) and took the time to explain my eye health issues. I highly recommend Clarkson Eyecare.

The staff is very friendly, professional n doctor took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all my questions. The clinic was clean, well-organized, and the service was efficient. The team at Clarkson eye care took such great care of my sweet Mom. She ended up passing away before we could get her new set of glasses picked up and they were all so amazing about giving us options. They continued to take care of our family even after her passing and that speaks volumes for passion they have for their customers. Thank you Clarkson Eye Care for making an already difficult time just a little easier.
It was a great experience except for trying to get a receipt of payment for some manufacturer coupons. I had to call Clarkson corporate 2 times and I still don’t have it. I didn’t want to have to go back by th local store again but guess I will. Would love to see them work on the customer communication with overseas vendor to make it easier for us.
Absolutely went above and beyond for me. I had Debbie and she was so sweet and the team worked together to find the perfect pair. Was made to feel valued. I’m so grateful for their help. Quick, attentive, and kind.
