Dr Marsh and his team were great to deal with. They knew my benefits before I got there and everything was seamless. I was in and out, after all the diagnostics, in about 30 minutes. Flawless. Like a well-oiled machine. Kudos to Clarkson Eyecare and all the great people that work there!
I have gone here since I was a little girl. I have always received the best care and always felt heard by the people in this building, the staff has always been incredibly generous and helpful. I remember learning how to put contacts in for the first time when I was in the 4th grade and staying past closing before they were re branded. My last appointment the front desk ladies especially Caroline (hope I spelled it correctly) helped tremendously with explaining price break down of what my insurance would cover and what would not. Love it here!!
Top Quality! Everyone in the Kruegerville office is friendly and efficient. Dr. Marsh truly cares about his patients. I highly recommend coming here for healthy eyes and vision!
Moving states & having to find new providers in every area of your life is never fun. This office has friendly staff, short wait time, attention to detail, so kind & understanding of anxieties. I'm grateful I was referred to this office!!
I absolutely abhor how they did not calculate my bill correctly so I owe them $24 on a visit costing $720 total That is not a big issue. I understand the process and how it happens from time to time. What I do have an issue with is the constant bombardment and harassment on them getting that $24. I was notifíed and had called to let them know that I would handle it when I get back in town and the date of when that would happen. I have been out of town on work for two weeks and I have received about 14 emails, 8 calls, and countless texts leaving me feeling consistently harassed to provide them with this $24. I'm sure if they respected me enough to put me in touch with an actual person instead of constantly being redirected to some AI operator that answers their phone calls that this situation would well be resolved by now.
