New patient. I was greeted warmly and only waited a few minutes before being brought back to work through all the data gathering for my appointment. Lily, Tammy, and Dr. Bert were very thorough and informative. They fitted me for a hard contact lens that day rather than rescheduling me for another day. Appreciate the flexibility. Overall an amazing experience.
My medical insurance At work changed so I had to find a new eye doctor. I’ll tell you I wish I’d come here years ago. Dr. Buboris Was great after the examination he explained everything my previous eye doctor…. not so much And he put in the time, not just in and out of the room like you’re just a number I’m glad now that my wife will have to come here as she’s under my insurance Highly recommend this office !
The staff are all very welcoming and friendly. Tiegue was excellent in helping me and Dr Heather Porter is awesome!! Little Elm Eye Care is now my new eye care provider.
They are the best! They run on time, are organized, and knowledgeable. I have been going here for years. They work with my rheumatalogist since I take a prescription that requires additional eye testing. I never worry about my results getting sent over and they always answer any questions or concerns I have. Highly recommend!
