Been going to Clear Choice Eyecare since 2017 and continue to appreciate their outstanding customer service! The optometrist is extremely knowledgeable and thorough and the staff is always very helpful! Pricing is reasonable with my insurance; have always loved my prescription glasses and sunglasses! We have been to this location several times. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. It's a nice clean facility with a great selection of frames. They are quick to get your eye exam done and help you pick out the right frames for you. I am sure we will come back repeatedly.

I’ve been a patient at Clear Choice Eye Care in Cedar Park for years, and my family has used them as well, which is why this experience was so disappointing. I went in to order new glasses and was very clear about the frames I wanted. The staff initially only ordered the lenses. When I told them I also wanted the frames, they said that was fine and that they would place that order as well. I agreed and left the office. After I had already left, they called me and said the price would be higher (which I expected), but then told me I would have to come back to the office to pay before they could place the order. At that point the process had already taken longer than expected just to order the lenses, so I decided to cancel the order and asked for a refund. After putting me on hold, they called back and told me they would still charge a $46 restocking fee — even though the issue with the order was not caused by me. As a long-time customer, that was very disappointing to hear. Charging a restocking fee in this situation doesn’t feel fair and left a bad impression after years of being a loyal client. I hope the management or owner sees this and reconsiders how this was handled, because I would have preferred to continue coming here. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I won’t be returning and I can’t recommend it to friends or family.

My 14 month old twins both got glasses and Harry helped SO MUCH! We had no idea where to even start & and he made the whole experience so seamless! I am so grateful, Would highly recommend this business!

Clearchoice EyeCare always provides us excellent service. Even though we live in south Austin, I have been traveling north to Cedar Park to have my eyeglasses made at ClearChoice EyeCare for approximately 14 years. ClearChoice EyeCare’s service, quality, and professional staff (especially Harry Perez) have always been well worth the drive north to Cedar Park. I have a very complex eyeglasses prescription that includes five diopters of vertical prism, and even a slight deviation in my prescription from the prescribed prescription by my eye doctor can cause me to have eye strain, headache, or double vision. ClearChoice EyeCare staff always ensures that the eyeglasses they dispense to me are precisely accurate. Most recently, I had cataract surgery on both eyes. Post-cataract surgery I really needed new progressive eyeglasses with my five diopters of vertical prism very quickly. (Cataract surgery does not correct the vertical prism issues in my eyeglasses). Within only four or five business days, ClearChoice EyeCare staff had my new eyeglasses ready in my precise prescription. My wife also has her eyeglasses made at ClearChoice EyeCare, and she sees the doctors there as well. We highly recommend ClearChoice EyeCare to anyone that seeks excellent and professional service.
