Every visit for me or my daughters is truly special. The front desk staff, Emily and Betty, are always so kind, and the techs, especially Risa, are fantastic at handling all the advanced eye tests. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing both Dr. Dang and Dr. Rains, who are incredibly patient and thorough. Even getting checked out by Aslyne is a wonderful experience. I’ve spent a lot of time working with Koby, whether it’s adjusting my frames to fit perfectly, choosing frames for myself or my daughter, or simply chatting while everything is wrapped up. It’s rare to find such genuinely fabulous people from check-in to check-out. Glasses have been a challenge for me, but I feel so cared for and supported here.
I was very pleased with my visit. Front desk welcomed with smiles . Appointment ran very smooth. Enjoyed the musical chairs with all your machines! The doctor was on top of her game. All questions were answered. Check out went very smooth the gentleman who helped me was totally awesome. I ordered my second pair of glasses for home reading.👍The atmosphere at Cedar Park is perfect. Our family has been going here for years! The service is unbeatable! Everyone is passionate and friendly. The environment is clean and Doctor Taylor is a great communicator. Highly recommend especially if your past experiences elsewhere have been discouraging. Let these wonderful people change your mind! Absolutely amazing vision practice. The providers here are so professional, they have a great attitude and are so positive. They were able to diagnose and treat the eye problems I was having for years. No other optometrist took the time to perform the additional tests that I needed and I had been suffering my whole life. I will continue to follow up with this practice moving forward.
