Doc McCarty and his staff always give a pleasent customer service experience. I received a comprehensive eye exam and never felt rushed. The team is very congenial and welcoming. I even ordered a new pair of perscription Costa sunglasses for my Umpiring duties.

My wife and children have all had great experiences here in the past, but this was my first time coming in for an appointment myself, and I couldn’t be more impressed. The entire team was fantastic. Both the technician and the doctor were incredibly kind and professional. They were extremely thorough throughout the exam, taking the time to explain every single test and result with genuine care. It’s rare to find a practice that balances efficiency with such a personalized, patient-focused approach. If you’re looking for an eye care team that is knowledgeable and welcoming, I highly recommend them!
Dr. McCarty is one of my favorite providers I ever worked with across any type of medicine. He’s thorough, personable, and knowledgeable but also avoids talking down to his patients or lecturing you about imperfect habits. His office staff is lovely, and the whole practice is punctual and responsive to patient needs. Love them!
I chose to go to Cedar park Eye Care due to a blown blood vessel in my eye. I saw the great reviews and thoughts I’d try it. Omgoodness, it’s was amazing!!! Dr Dennis McCarty was very professional, made me feel at ease and was very thorough in what had happened to my eye. All the staff from start to end was incredible, didn’t even wait but 2-3 min to be seen. The office is very nice, clean and big! I have insurance for my eye exams, though I found out this place doesn’t take my insurance for exams every 6 months, I’ve chosen to be a cash patient to get my exams yearly. Worth it for sure. I’m tired I changing optometrist almost yearly due to not feeling fully sold. I’m truly sold, that this is the best place in every way.
