Julie is amazing! My 81 yr old mom did something to wreck her expensive glasses so we stopped in just to see what could be done. Julie went out of her way to look for the parts and fixed them perfectly at no charge. I wasn’t aware the location was there, but now I do and Julie’s service and beautiful personality has me sold. My family and I will be returning! Thank you so much!
Logan was amazing! I’m a very happy customer and he was there and patient with me. I’m a very indecisive person and the fact he was there to help me in every step of the way was just not something I was expecting with glasses purchasing. Dr Lee is so nice and helpful. Her bedside manner was great! So was her staff. Logan popped in from next door and invited us over to check out all the sunglasses and glasses. He was very knowledgeable and taught me so much I didn’t know. He styled us and paid attention to detail. Will be back!
We were in town for spring break, and my glasses frames broke. Logan was able to find some new frames that my lenses fit in and really save the day! Where are you guys? I am so grateful for his service and his attention to detail! If you ever need any help, this is the place to go!
Extremely disappointed with LensCrafters. I purchased a frame expecting decent quality and support, but instead ended up with a gross form failure where the A-side of the frame is literally sliding out of the fixture. This is not normal wear and tear, this is a basic product integrity issue. What makes it worse is the complete lack of accountability afterward. Once the sale was made, the willingness to help suddenly disappeared. A frame should not fail like this, and customers should not have to fight for support when there is an obvious defect. Premium prices, questionable durability, and disappointing customer service. I expected better.
