Great experience with my eye exam, but unfortunately they damaged my new expensive Oliver Peoples frames while installing prescription lenses. No help to repair or replace the damaged frames. I waited 6 weeks for this appointment to get professional service and left very disappointed.
What a pleasant couple to work with I had an emergency issue with my eye and they responded to my voice message right away. It wasn’t like two days later like another company. Then they assisted in getting me an appointment in Hastings with a specialist right away. I will definitely visit their business in the future. I feel like their customer service was above and beyond as they made a video and sent that on to the specialist for me.
Great! I was more late than is allowed per their policy but they worked me in because I live over an hour away! Competent, friendly and efficient. Dr.Jobeth was awesome! Can't wait to get my glasses.
I was new in town and got a referral from a friend who loved Clear Focus. She was right. They were efficient; they listened to my concerns and each were addressed. The entire staff were welcoming, kind and enjoyable to visit with. I’d highly recommend this business!
