Quick and easy. Rachel specifically made this a positive experience. Im not one for going to doctors/medical appointments but Rachel made it a comfortable experience. Will be going back for annual insurance checkup because of her approach and attitude.
Great staff! I felt Iike I needed in quick and failed to plan so decided to try ShopKo Optical and their staff was wonderful! Amberli, Jestena, and Crystal were a joy to work with!
Jestena was wonderful! Very kind, patient and thorough for the entire exam process. She explained things clearly and was highly knowledgeable. I’m looking forward to working with her again. Rachel was amazing as well! She made ordering and appointment scheduling totally easy and is also very knowledgeable when it comes to the product and insurance processes. 10/10 will continue my eye care with Shopko Optical!
