We had a great experience. They scheduled my wife promptly. They were so patient with her and used extremely nice equipment for all her tests. I liked them so much I scheduled myself a test the same day. I wasn’t planning on it but I was so impressed I wanted one because I felt like it was much more accurate than the one I had last year. My vision is so important to me and if I see with my own eyes the level of work they’re doing I wanted it for myself. I highly recommend them !

I had an excellent experience during my vision exam from start to finish. The staff was welcoming, efficient, and made the entire process smooth and comfortable. The check-in was quick, and I appreciated how organized everything felt. The doctor was incredibly thorough and took the time to explain each step of the exam in a way that was easy to understand. She answered all of my questions patiently and made sure I felt confident about my eye health and prescription. I never felt rushed, which made a big difference.

The doctor was good and answered any questions we had. We arrived 15 minutes early and were seen about 15 minutes late but once my son and I were seen we were able to get in and out in a timely manner. The staff were nice. I took a star because I had to ask the staff member doing the pre-doctor eye images to clean the surface of the machine I was going to put my face (she had just finished with another patient) and the tech on the other machine used the same alcohol wipe for me and my son. Not a big deal since it was my son but makes me wonder if he does this with other patients. The wipe should go straight into the trash after each patient whether related or not. The office was cold but it didn’t seem like they have control over that. They might share the AC with the attached Costco. They didn’t have the sample/trial contacts she recommended so I’ll have to make another trip to that office and if those don’t work I’ll have to pay for and try different contacts…probably requiring another trip to pick them up. UPDATE: after nearly a month I finally got the call that my trial contacts arrived but when I showed up they were handed to me so I could head on my way. Thankfully I requested I try them on. They were not only the wrong brand but the wrong base curve so they were extremely uncomfortable and I couldn’t see i.e. blurry. Luckily the doctor was able to see me but I was the one who mentioned they were not the correct brand of lens and the BC was not correct. She was apologetic and gave me a sample of the correct lenses at a lower power to use until my new trials arrived with the correct lens type and with the correct prescription. She ordered them and I received a call in about a week & a half saying they were ready to be picked up.

Doctor I have seen, she is really good. She answered all my questions and even referred me to Someone else based on her findings in retina imaging. Now the reason for 4 star is, I wish the front desk team verified my insurance in advance and told me that Costco won’t accept my insurance and I should pay out of network fee. I was charged $120 after my appointment when I could have gotten the same tests for $50 or less with a provider that is in-network. Over all great experience with the doctor and also with their team that supports eye glasses and frames.

The optometrist was excellent. I would definitely recommend the doctors here. The front desk attendant left a lot to be desired. He was rude and not helpful. However I did speak with the main office out of Coppell after my encounter with this office and they were very helpful.
