Can't say enough good things about Clear site! I had an eye exam in January at a different eye dr. I started having trouble seeing in June, with dark shadows, floaters, and *sparkles* in my right eye. I called the dr I went to for my exam and they told me they couldnt get me in for a medical exam "for months" and recommended I go to a local specialist, who also couldn't get me in for weeks. I called Clear site and explain my symptoms and they worked me in that day! The Dr told me what she thought it was, it was between 2 things and needed further testing so she sent me to OSU to get everything taken care of. After the appointment they checked in on me and made sure I was being seen quickly by OSU. I will never go anywhere else🫶 I also had my 6 and 4 year olds seen here and the entire staff was amazing with them as well.
Dr. Henderson is a wonderful eye doctor. We had tried another place in town due to insurance issues, but found that place to be less friendly and less accommodating. Now that my insurance has changed again, and aligns with ClearSite Vision, I'm thrilled to bring the whole family back in. Love the new location as well. Very cozy, with a nice, historical downtown vibe.
I had a wonderful experience here with my 8-year-old daughter. She enjoyed all parts of her vision exam and had fun with the staff. The technology was really modern and her glasses are great quality. I definitely recommend this practice. Their new downtown office is beautifully rennovated and the owners have made a positive contribution to Chillicothe's downtown. I will be moving our whole family to Dr. Henderson.
Had problems with a couple staff. I will pick up my glasses and I hope they were fixed correctly, then I will find someone else. I had no problem at all with Dr Henderson. Very nice and understanding. I hope i wasn't treated by the staff badly because of my finances. They were paid!
