Everyone here is very nice and helpful, especially the front desk clerks and optician who I interacted with the most. Dr. Ritchie is very professional, good at her job, and a good communicator, though she will occasionally make terrible vision puns. So, just be prepared for that.
Every step of the process was pleasant and professional! Dr Ritchie and her staff were a pleasure and actually made the entire experience enjoyable and fun!
I had a great experience at Chillicothe Eye Care! I was a first time patient and my visit was pretty quick and effective. The girls were so sweet! Someone helped me pick out glasses and nobody was judgmental in any way. I will be going back and recommending to family and friends!!
Dr. Ritchie and staff were great. Staff was very friendly. The process of ordering glasses and contacts were easy. They were very informative on what insurance would and would not cover. We would recommend this team to friends and family. The facility was very clean and wait times minimal.
