I have been seeing Dr Jensen for several years and it’s always a pleasure. He listens, takes time with me, and has a great bedside manner. Everyone in his office is very friendly and kind. The ladies who help with glasses are patient and fun. Highly recommend this office.

The staff is courteous and attentive. Dr. Jensen is the absolute best. He educates me to all that I need to know about my eye health and vision limitations. I never feel like just another patient as he dedicates time to attend to me!

I have been dealing with many failures and many years of having a knowledgeable optometrist, They all weren't worth the paper their degree was written on,, I even tried clear vision years ago 2019 on west Sahara at that had to be the worst of them all. So I made an appt here in Boulder city and went through the process and during my examination I am realizing that for the first time,, I have a very knowledgeable optometrist! I told her that it takes my eyes a min to adjust and she was incredible during the whole process. I can't recommend enough how great dr. silva mijares-landin really is! So don't waste your time going anywhere else but seeing her IF you have any eye issues.

Dr. Jensen and staff were professional friendly and helped me understand what they were doing. When it came to picking out my frames the lady that assisted me by showing me frames I was wanting she understood exactly what I was looking for. I want to thank everyone in the office.

Only reason they got two stars is because the actual doctor and his assistant were excellent. Front office staff and opticians are another matter. These people need to learn front office management skills. On the day of my exam, I sat down with the optician and ordered my lenses. I explained that I would drop the frames off with her the next morning on my way to a doctors appointment and I would be in a hurry. No problem I was told, it will only take a moment. So I get there to drop off my frames next day. There is one person waiting to see her for a fitting. 20 minute job. My situation would have taken a MINUTE tops. Was told I would just have to wait. Explained as I told her yesterday, I was on my way to a Dr. appointment. Too bad. Have a seat. This is NOT HOW YOU RUN THINGS. Just like at the grocery store - you let the guy with 2 items AHEAD of you and your cart full of items. It's common courtesy to knock out the easy stuff first. Do you people honestly think the person in front would object to waiting while a credit card is run? To make a long story short, this bad management decision cost you a $400 dollar sale. And you can cancel my appointment for next year. I wouldn't come see you if you were the last optometrist on the planet! Check out my multiple negative reviews on every site I could find.
