Fantastic experience from start to finish. They were able to work me in quickly given my situation, and were very thorough with tests. Also explained everything to me and were super friendly. We are new to the Madison are and would 100% recommend Clements!
Had my first appointment at Clements Vision Care and it was a very pleasant one. The front desk assistant was very helpful, provided me with all information and paperwork about the visit and was very transparent with what was covered and not by insurance which I really appreciate it. The tech was very knowledgeable and respectful and performed all tests with professionalism while explaining the reason behind each test and what was measured. Did not had to wait long for Dr. Clements to see me. Dr. Clements listened to all my concerns and took the time to explain my results and provide solutions. In addition he was able to point to resources taking into consideration what was best for the patient. Truly grateful to have had this experience on my first visit and will continue coming to this clinic for care.
Love, love, love Clements!!! I first went to Eyemart Express because I didn't want to spend a lot and they advertise cheap glasses. The glasses they made were apparently the lowest quality of progressive lenses and the distortion was horrible! If felt like I was looking into a fun house mirror! The glasses I got from Clements were so much better. I love them! They actually know what they are doing. And the price difference was not much. Well worth a few extra bucks!! Beware of going for the cheapest glasses!
I've been seeing Dr. Zarwell for my eye care needs the last 3 years and I have nothing but great things to say about her. Yet again during my visit, she was very personable, professional, but yet still quick/efficient with the exam. I had Adam as a technician, and he was very quick, thorough and professional, but yet he still made me feel welcomed as a person. I've always had great experience with the two forementioned at Main Street. Upon arrival Allison was very welcoming/inviting and got me checked in right away. After my exam, the optician cleaning frames appeared to have wanted zero interaction with me (blankly stared at me with no means to interact). Due to that, I ended up going over to Prairie Lakes and was greeted immediately by Lauren in optical along with the front desk staff (they all really made me feel welcomed). I ended up sitting down with Tammy to discuss optical options. Both Lauren and Tammy's customer service is top notch, and I will only entrust in them for my optical needs.
I have been going to Clements Vision Care (formerly Wrights Vision Care) for over 20 years and have received great care. I have had multiple insurance companies and never experienced a time when I could not continue my care here. Dr. Clement is experienced and does a great job explaining what is going on with my vision when something changes.
