Clements Vision Care

This was my second annual eye exam with Dr. Koutnik, and I continue to be impressed. Last year, he recommended Neurolenses for my severe dry eyes and chronic migraines. I was skeptical because of the cost, but they have been worth every penny. Over the past year, I've had fewer migraines than at any other time in my adult life. Dr. Koutnik is kind, caring, and genuinely puts his patients' best interests first. The entire staff at Clements is friendly and welcoming. I highly recommend Dr. Koutnik, Clements, and Neurolenses.

I had a great experience! Working with a female provider around my age (young millennial) made the experience so much more comfortable, and honestly kind of fun. I felt like she understood me! When trying in frames, the woman who helped me was so honest and helpful it really led to a great (and again, fun!) time. I feel like she helped me pick the best pair for my features and wasn’t afraid to say when something wasn’t flattering! I needed that or I would’ve been in there all day choosing. Overall would recommend!

The eye doctor and staff are great. The problem with the glasses that were ordered. They arrived with the wrong tint in the glasses. The wait for then was 3 weeks. Now I dont know ow when I will receive the correct lenses. Asked for a discount and that was pushed off. Dont feel like I should have to pay full price for not getting the correct pair and now waiting for another 3 to 4 weeks.

I felt the optometrist rushed through the appointment. They gave me little time to look\see\decide which lens option was clearest. They seemed to switch them quickly and repeat them quickly. With the heavy prescription I have and the costliness of the lenses, I like to be sure I made the right choices when viewing the choices before me. The optometrist was polite and friendly, but was high-energy and seemed to jump quickly to various parts of the test without "waiting " for me to consider answers to the questions. I am not a slow person. The time with the optometrist was unusually fast-paced compared to the over 20 years of other appointments I have had with your doctors. A breath mint may also be a good ideas as the proximity to the doctor was close and I could notice the unpleasant breath.
