Wonderful Doctors and staff. They was very professional at every angle. Because of a visit at Prime Dental West, I was still in a very anxious mood to the point I even forgot my cane when I departed lol. The staff was able to retrieve it and I did not lose my Uber ride. The doctor and staff related what all of the test was about, always in a very calm and professional manner. My other Vision specialist left from Madison and I chose this place because it is relatively new and has the latest equipment when it comes to Vision. Being 6ft 4in, some of the equipment was a little challenging, however, the staff made it work. I will see them in another year.

I did read and understand you can not check in more than 15 minutes. I was 3 minutes early (how do you judge the amount of time it takes to get across town with traffic ... Without being late). I was shun to the hard wooden bench for 3 minutes (a timeout). I was told they are trying to get away from waiting rooms, what is the difference if you wait in your car (which I refuse to do), the hard wooden bench, the large hallway or the exam room itself? I don't think is very well thought out, it makes the patient experience not good. I will think long and hard at open enrollment about choosing Dean. Thank you
Care from physicians and their staff has been top notch. But, icy first greeting at reception, and later left in hallway with no idea when I might be seen. I left UW because of poor patient customer service. New building, new attitude? I will try to avoid appointments here, in favor of other local clinics.
Overall, the facility is excellent. I appreciate the self-check-in process, and after recieving your room number from a receptionist it allows you to head directly to your room where you wait for the doctor. The spacious entrance and large tablets for check-in are great. However, I rated it four stars because a group of about ten of us stood waiting in line for approx. 10 - 15 minutes while the receptionist who gives you your room number took an extended time to assist one individual check in. I wonder why the assignment of room numbers aren't automated in the self-check-in process? Additionally, I believe the arrangement of the check-in tablets could be improved for better privacy.
New clinic about 1 and a half years ago, nice setup for different tests and Dr's.
