Clemson Eye

Got the appointment with Dr Parisi quickly. Initially scheduled for regular medical exam but once I got back they flipped my appointment to a full cataract evaluation. Saved me another appointment. Eval was very thorough from techs to Dr. Parisi. Also very polite and friendly. Left with plan for cataract surgery. Highly recommend. Very professional.

I have taken my neighbor to several appointments at this office. It is very poorly managed. Wait times are incredibly long for check in and check out. They told her they didn’t do an exam for prescription eyeglasses that day, but they did. I was in the room when they did it. When she finally saw the doctor, his assistant took notes with a pen on post-its, not the computer that was right in front of her face. On checkout they lost (or couldn’t find) her old eyeglass prescription in her file. They sent her home with a DMV form with the wrong birthdate that they corrected by hand with a pen. The DMV wouldn’t accept it of course. All in all this office is very badly managed. I’ve gone to doctor’s offices all over the country for decades and this one was the worst. Also all the fancy interior decor gives me the impression that in general the priorities of the office are all wrong. More money and energy should go towards patient care and better management.

Best experience ever, for an eye visit. My little girl had a blast, and no inconveniences happened. Doc was excellent, knowledgeable and even though he was super fast, he didn't rush us at all. Everyone we interacted with from initial arrival to ordering glasses were outstanding. This business sets the standard for customer experience. The bar is set quite high for all other eye care competition. 10/10, recommend.

Dr Carlson is Amazing and so is the optical shop. My favorite is Kathy. She has always been very knowledgeable and helpful. However, the checkout side leaves alot to be desired. When I went to checkout Rylie would not raise her head long enough to get off her phone to even know I was standing there. I literally had to lay my paperwork on the counter for her to see me. Then she did not know anything about the appointment that Dr Carlson selected for me. She had to send me to someone else who knew what to do. Also, my appointment was at 10:50 and I was early to try to get out sooner. I did not finish until 12:20. It was an appt just for a contact lens recheck. Normally it is not a problem but I have an appt in greenville after this appt. I never know what to expect at this office. There's some exceptional Dr's and staff at the Seneca location but the not so exceptional is usually at the check in or check out desk. They do not offer to help nor understand that patients have lives and places to go other than Clemson Eye.

I have had the best eye care EVER, from Clemson Eye! I have been to two other eye care places since moving here 10 years ago! I truly wish I had my Cataract Surgery here instead of the place I went. Clemson Eye (Dr Jordan) is great, as are every attendant and office staff I have seen. I highly recommend them. This is a complete full service eye clinic! It runs smoothly, and is pleasant to be here! Knowledgeable staff!
