It took 8 months to get a visit here after seeing the Primary Care physician. The wait in the waiting room here was only 15 minutes, which was good and the physician and staff were friendly and professional. The Dr seemed through and we were able to get a follow up visit in about 7 or 8 weeks.
I brought my wife to the emergency room at the Cleveland Clinic Avon today for severe pain in her groin. We had an immediate triage and an x-ray. Then after waiting 4 and one half hours I asked when she would be seen and was responded with "We don't provide wait times" Very disappointed!
Waiting more than a month to get anything done after appt. Called in prescription and pharmacy said they needed additional paperwork filled out. Paperwork sent a couple times but still nothing sent back. Called several times. No response back. Spouse works at Cleveland Clinic so insurance is through them. Would have to see if somebody needed to get something done who didn’t work for CC.
Drove an hour for a routine eye exam and was turned away because I had my 10 month old son. I wouldn’t come back in any circumstance.
