Front desk staff was absolutely rude, and unprofessional. Walked in with my wife for an MRI, and had never been there before, so we walked up to the obvious check in desk, nobody said a word, my wife signs in, and Kathy asks if she could put the sign-in clipboard back on the counter when she's finished, and walks away. Where do we go now? We're here for an MRI. Do we wait right here? We don't know. So we stand up the desk calmly waiting for someone to tell us where to go, and Kathy snarkily says "we're with patients right now so we couldn't help you". To which I responded, that's great maybe they should have someone who is here to tell first time cancer patients where they should be seated for an MRI appt. instead of us just guessing if we should stay here. Go in the tiny waiting room on the left, which is standing room only, or? Are we in the right area? Nothing, just put the Clip board back. That was it. I've been coming to many, many, appts at various Cleveland Clinic locations throughout Ohio, and have NEVER experienced anything like the check-in at Lodi Hospital. Ridiculous of me to expect better I guess. We're just supposed to know where to go. Very first review on Yelp is about the front desk staff being rude...imagine that. All the other staff were great. Kathy needs to hold the snarkiness comments in her mouth. People here are sick, and don't need her rudeness.

This was the best emergency room I have ever been to. The staff was all amazing and very thorough with the testing. They were quick to get things going with hardly any wait time. Keep up the great work!

I was treated at lodi on friday night for an abscess they gave me penicillin and sent me home Saturday morning I woke up with a face 3times the normal size so I went back they prescribed me the wrong medication and had to do damage control and I needed an IV round of amoxicillin and then they sent me home again without draining the abscess so the infection would stop. They have an oral surgeon who wouldn't do anything because I needed to be on medication for 48hrs I have been on amoxicillin over 1 week for an unrelated issue so I said get the oral surgeon I need help and they sent me home. Complete and utter negligence I will be contacting a lawyer and hopefully get this terrible joke of a hospital shut down.

Listen, a lot of this hospitals issues are founded on lack of staff. Plain and simple. It’s not like they wanna be this way. Give them a break. I think I’ve only ever had 1 semi-rude nurse there out of the 3 years I’ve been in and out of this hospital. Please double up on staff during the flu season and we should be fine. Usually always friendly staff as shorted as they are.
